Olive tree sponsorship extension

You extend your olive tree sponsorship. Your tree will keep your wooden board and you will receive an extension certificate. From this moment, after the harvest, you will receive the olive oil from your own olive tree (depending on the quantity, possibly also from a neighboring tree). You can visit and care for your tree at any time.

Depending on the size of your tree, you will receive the yield of your organic olive tree, organic extra virgin olive oil directly and automatically. With the “Adopt Olive Tree” campaign, you support sustainable agriculture in Italy and contribute to climate and environmental protection. Membership does not automatically renew. You are asked every year whether you want to extend.

*Quantity of olive oil

The olive harvest runs from October to December every year. At the end of this important phase, our sponsors usually receive a delivery of extra virgin organic olive oil from the trees they personally support. We are aware that nature is sometimes unpredictable and that every harvest brings its own challenges. Therefore, it may occasionally be necessary to purchase olive oil from friendly farmers in mountainous regions with higher rainfall in order to guarantee our patrons a small compensation even in years with a lower harvest. However, we would like to emphasize that every oil we supply meets our strict quality standards and embodies our values of sustainability and organic farming.
Therefore, in the event of a poor harvest, we may not be able to supply our sponsors with the expected quantity.
Occasionally it may also be necessary to source olive oil from farmers who work to organic standards but are not certified. In order to save CO2, we have set up storage facilities in Europe. We distribute the oil in a large delivery to the countries of the members. In front of there, the members are supplied in smaller quantities. This gives you your organic olive oil mostly from your own country.
