A special gift

An olive tree sponsorship is the special gift for all those whose loved ones want to promote sustainability and at the same time enjoy first-class and organic products. With the adoption of an organic olive tree you are giving a little piece of the Italian way of life . An organic olive tree that is hundreds of years old and has taken root on a hill by the sea.

This is what the recipient gets

Approx. 10 days after your order we will send a gift package either to you or to another address of your choice (please specify on the checkout page). This gift package consists of a box made of environmentally friendly cardboard (organic grass cardboard). The gift package includes a real wood frame with a glass plate containing the certificate. The certificate is printed on a beautiful cardboard box. In addition, a small (250 ml) bottle of Taggiasca organic olive oil from our farm is included in its own box. Should we ever run out of small bottles, we put a glass of our pickled Taggiasca olives instead. We also take pictures and a video of his olive tree and upload them to a separate Dropbox folder or to a separate Whatsapp group. The recipient is the sponsor of this tree for one year and receives the yield of his/her olive tree in winter after the respective harvest.

Delivery olive oil

Depending on the size of your tree, you will receive the yield of your organic olive tree, organic extra virgin olive oil from Taggiasca Olive directly and automatically.
Included with each tree size is 0.5 liters of organic olive oil. After the harvest – once we know for sure how many olives your tree has produced, you can then order the rest of your olive oil from us. As an exclusive sponsor you get a special price (-4 €) per bottle.

Production duration

The gift package usually leaves our farm or warehouse within 10 days. After that, it depends on the courier service. If you need the package faster, please let us know with your order. Depending on the weather, we need about 2-3 weeks for the signs, including pictures and video. Here, too, if you need it at short notice, simply report it. The recipient is the godfather of this tree for one year and receives the yield of his olive tree in winter after the respective harvest. This is between 0.5 and 5 liters of organic extra virgin olive oil, depending on the size of the tree chosen and the failure of the harvest. The olive oil is automatically sent to the delivery address. This completes the special gift.

Duration of sponsorship

Membership is not automatically renewed. You will be asked every year whether you want to renew it.

Sustainability

In orderto save CO2,we have set up deposits in Europe. We distribute the oil in a large delivery to the countries of the members. In front of there, the members are supplied in smaller quantities. This gives you your organic olive oil mostly from your own country. We also use sustainable materials whenever possible. Our cardboard boxes, for example, are made from 60% organic grass , the filling material is made from organic potato starch. The outer boxes are also made from recycled cardboard. In bad harvest years, we divide the organic olive oil proportionately to the size of the tree. In bad years, this can also lead to the failure of a delivery.
